No Excuses
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that
we are powerful beyond measure...it is our light NOT our darkness that most
frightens us. For as we let our own light shine we unconsciously let others
do the same. Don't allow fear to stand in the way of your dreams.
Watch this great short video today and please share it with others.

Does Fear Paralyze you?
Welcome
to today's coaching session from MyInspiration4Life.
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must out-run
the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion
wakes up. It knows it must out-run the slowest gazelle or it will
starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle: When the
sun comes up, you'd better be running!

Seven wonders of the world
It's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle
today that we naturally begin to take some of life's
most beautiful gifts for granted.
I love watching this story unfold through the eyes of a child. It's a reminder that our most priceless possessions were given to us free at birth.

The Power of Gratitude
It almost sounds too simple
to feel important, but understanding the power of gratitude can change
your life forever. Sarah Breathnach said it best...
"When
we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are
grateful for the abundance that is present...we experience heaven on
earth."

The Land of Truth
A certain man believed that the ordinary waking life, as people know it,
could not possibly be complete. He sought the real Teacher of the Age.
He read many books and joined many circles, and he heard the words and
witnessed the deeds of one master after another. He carried out the
commands and spiritual exercises which seemed to him to be most
attractive.
He became elated with some of his experiences. At other times he was confused; and he had no idea at all of what his stage was, or where and when his search might end.
This man was reviewing his behavior one day when he suddenly found himself near the house of a certain sage of high repute. In the garden of that house, he encountered Khidr, the secret guide who shows the way to truth.
Khidr took hihm to a place where he saw people in great distress and woe, and he asked who they were. "We are those who did not follow real teachings, who were not true to our undertakings, who revered self-appointed teachers," they said.
Then the man was taken by Khidr to a place where everyone was attractive and full of joy. He asked who they were. "We are those who did not follow the real Signs of the Way," they said.
"But if you have ignored the Signs, how can you be happy?" asked the traveler.
"Because we chose happiness instead of Truth," said the people, "just as those who chose the self-appointed chose also misery."
"But is happiness not the ideal of man?" asked the man.
"The goal of man is Truth. Truth is more than happiness. The man who has Truth can have whatever mood he wishes, or none," they told him. "We have pretended that Truth is happiness, and happiness Truth, and people have believed us, therefore you, too, have until now imagined that happiness must be the same as Truth. But happiness makes you its prisoner, as does woe."
Then the man found himself back in the garden with Khidr beside him.
"I will grant you one desire," said Khidr.
"I wish to know why I have failed in my search and how I can succeed in it," said the man. "You have all but wasted your life," said Khidr, "because you have been a liar. Your lie has been in seeking personal gratification when you could have been seeking Truth."
"And yet I came to the point where I found you," said the man, " and that is something which happens to hardly anyone at all."
"And you met me," said Khidr, "because you had sufficient sincerity to desire Truth for its own sake, just for an instant. It was that sincerity, in that single instant, which made me answer your call."
Now the man felt an overwhelming desire to find Truth, even if he lost himself.
Khidr, however, was starting to walk away, and the man began to run after him.
"You may not follow me," said Khidr, "because I am returning to the ordinary world, the world of lies, for that is where I have to be, if I am to do my work."
And when the man looked around him again, he realized that he was no longer n the garden of the sage, but standing in the Land of Truth.

Carrots, eggs or coffee beans
All of us at one time or another have experienced a difficult
situation, had setbacks, or dealt with our share of disappointment. Most things
that happen to us on a daily basis we can't control and I can honestly say (with
conviction) that it is not what happens to us that matters but rather, how we
choose to respond.
Carrots, Eggs or Coffee Beans, which one will you be?

"Someday" never comes
It is not discipline,
willpower, or pressure from others that
facilitates adherence to a challenging course of action; but rather the
freedom to choose among alternatives, the personal commitment to a
mission, and the willingness to take responsibility for the consequences
of one's decisions that embolden the spirit.

Time waits for no one
You must make the most of every moment you have.
"Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back."
To purposefully bring into your life the things you truly want you MUST take advantage of every moment you have. Below is a very clever video that puts this all into perspective...sit back enjoy and share it with others.

Live like your life matters
Live Your Life with Passion, Purpose, and Focus.
As different as we all are, we also have many similarities. With few exceptions, we all have fears and desires. We all want to love and to be loved. We all want to do good and meaningful work. We all want to be a part of something bigger than ourselves.
Most importantly, we all want to know that we matter … that we are special. But those “wants” can only be fulfilled through action. If we want to feel special, we have to BE special. If we want to leave a mark, we have to MAKE a mark. If we want a life of purpose and meaning, we have to LIVE with purpose and meaning.
Let this 3-minute movie inspire you to truly… Live Your Life Like It Matters!

Growing Spiritual muscles
A few weeks ago I was spending time with friends, and we were sharing all of the gifts and challenges in our lives.
As one of them shared about a difficult experience he was going through, and the process by which he was transmuting that difficulty into strength, someone shared a visual metaphor that came to her about shredding muscle.
That really resonated with me.
In an oversimplified nutshell, the way to grow physical muscles is this:
Step 1:
Intensely exercise our skills of self-awareness to the point of seeing the limiting beliefs, painful stories, and traumas that are holding us back.
Step 2:
Once those stories and limiting beliefs 'break,' use the powers of Presence and Truth to heal the break.
Step 3:
Notice how our spiritual self develops a greater capacity to handle future situations, including the same adversities which we had to 'break' in the first place.
The alternative to growing muscles isn't pretty...
A lot of people say they want bigger physical muscles, but aren't willing to do the painful work to -break- their existing muscles and create room for something new.
With spiritual muscles, again, it's exactly the same.
Most people want bigger, better, more abundant lives. But they aren't willing to do the serious inner inquiry to -break- their existing limiting beliefs and painful stories to create room for Presence to fill them up with the gifts of true transformation.
It's reasonable. We are instinctively pleasure-seeking-pain-avoiding creatures. Comfort is what we seek. Most of us do not want to delve deep into our pain and be with it with Presence and Truth. Most of us just want to be rid of the pain without understanding it. The thing is, understanding our pain through Presence is what actually releases it.
Unless we're willing to break our spiritual muscles, at best, comfort is all we'll really get.
And I don't know about you...
But when given the choice between comfort...
And a truly incredible and great life...
I'm happy to shred the spiritual muscles of comfort knowing that the following growth will be beautiful and wonderful beyond my wildest imagination.

Change the World
The power each of us has to make a difference in this world begins
when each of us believes that we can make a difference.
To put it another way...everything begins with changing ourselves FIRST.
I think Eleanor Roosevelt said it best, "It is not fair to ask of others,
what you are unwilling to do yourself"
Today's video is a great story and captures the essence of what Eleanor
was talking about. I hope you enjoy it!

Acres of Diamonds
Right now we all live in a time of infinite abundance and a wealth of
possibility. Each of us is right in the middle of our own "Acre of
Diamonds", if only we would realize it and develop the ground we are
standing on before charging off in search of greener pastures.

Are we truly poor?
One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to
the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people
live. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would
be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"
"It was great, Dad."
"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.
"Oh yeah," said the son.
"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?", asked the father
The son answered:
The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added...
"Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are."
P.S. One aspect I love about this story is that it holds two messages simultaneously: One is that we can feel abundant no matter what we have, and two, that we all deserve abundance however we define that to be.

"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."

Happiness
"We
tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting
something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what
we do have."
-Frederick Koenig
-Frederick Koenig
Denis Waitley once said, "Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude."
That's why I'd like to share this movie with you today...to encourage you to experience each moment with love, grace and gratitude!

What you see is what you get
To set up today's video consider the following old saying:
Two caged men looked out of the same cell bars, one saw mud, the other stars.
The key to how your life is right now or how it will be tomorrow and in the future is your ability to understand the source of your attitude. And the source of your attitude is your belief system - the way you see yourself and the way you see the world you live in.
So sit back, turn up your speakers and enjoy - and feel free to pass this along to others.

Inner Critics
We are all born with a C3P0 of an Inner Critic babbling away in our head...
Constantly telling us how the odds are against us and we should just give up.
In order to get anything done we have to silence that self-critical voice. It is the primary barrier to our changing our lives for the better. That's why once it's out of the way, we can truly begin our incredible hero's journey – whether it's one of self-discovery, of changing old habits, a new career or learning a new language.
But as long as we have this neurotic voice in our heads telling us why we can't do something then we will never make as much progress as we are truly capable of.
When the Inner Critic is out of our lives (or at least silenced), we are able to fully engage with whatever program, book or teacher we are studying. We're able to manifest the things and people we want more easily, and able to connect more fully.
Our Inner Critics love to tell us that we can never learn __________
Or that we can never practice ________
Or that we'll never become _______.
Our Inner Critic doesn't really care what "blank" is – it tries to tell us that you can't do it.
"Photo-reading? Mind power? Italian? Martial arts? The Law of Attraction? You can't learn that!" says your Inner Critic. "Who are you kidding? Or even if you did make some progress it wouldn't produce any real results. You could have spent that time enjoying yourself -- watching TV, going shopping, or even some superficial chatting with friends."
Sometimes our Inner Critics are direct like that, but not always. It can actually become far more stealthy than that. Still, some subconscious or conscious variation of this Inner Critic dialogue is true for everyone who isn't living their ideal lives.
(however they define those to be)
The thing is, our Inner Critics don't want us to change our lives. It only wants to keep us "comfortable."
If we have enough food in the fridge, our Inner Critic might not punish us. If we paid the rent or mortgage this month, things are probably good (enough).
Like a baby the Inner Critic is primarily concerned about survival: eating, sleeping, pooping, peeing... Or much like our caveman ancestors who did not know how to stop food from rotting or to farm – the kill of the day was all that mattered.
But we are neither children nor caveman. We want so much more from life.
We DESERVE so much more from life.
And while we may enjoy some of the the distractions that 80% of the population embraces as a lifestyle – celebrities, sports, beer – to live that way constantly just isn't fulfilling enough for people like you and me who want, and deserve, to live up to our greatest potential.
We all want to move forward. We all want to discover what our purposes are here on earth and what we are truly capable of.
Unfortunately, our Inner Critics get in the way of that.
They have to go.

short movie reminds us that no matter how long the days may feel, they
pass faster than we can possibly imagine. It reminds us to live in the
moment before it passes us by forever...

Believe in yourself
Most of the time...less is more. And sometimes, certain things viewed in
certain ways have the ability to make an impact on our life in a
positive way.
In light of today's movie, I think Eleanor Roosevelt said it quite well:
"It is not fair to ask of others, what you are unwilling to do yourself."
This quote pretty much sums up what this great little 3 minute movie is all about... enjoy!

The parents creed

The empty pickle jar
Sometimes, life can be very stressful. Lots to do, but not enough time.
This 3-minute movie will put it all in perspective. It's all about our
priorities and the choices we make. I'll guarantee...it will make you
smile, make you think, and make you want to share it with everyone you

Persevere
In my many years of business and life, I realize that there are quite a
few things that separate the good from the great. But, if you asked me
to pick only one reason why some are more successful than others, I
would offer you this…your willingness to PERSEVERE.

Devastated Philipines
EMERGENCY!
...Our Missions in Devastated Philippines
|
You can help save lives in the wake of this disaster.
|
Our deepest gratitude to those who have asked, "How can we help?"
PRAY! Then JOIN our Sisters, VIDES Volunteers and other lay collaborators in the midst of the devastation
Typhoon
Haiyan is one of the most powerful storms to ever hit land.
Communication lines between some provinces are cut and many areas are
experiencing total blackout.
The seven (7) FMA (Salesian Sisters) communities along the path of typhoon Haiyan that slammed the Philippines Nov 8, sent initial reports of their situation and the emergency assistance that they are giving to the victims.
CEBU:
The typhoon made two landfalls in the northern part of the island. The FMA presence in Minglanilla-Cebu
is along the coastal areas of the island which makes it strategic for
evacuation in the event of typhoons. 800 persons were accommodated in
Mary Help of Christians School.
The Sisters had packed food supplies ready for delivery in the earthquake-ravaged island of Bohol when
One of the effects of the earthquake before the typhoon. |
typhoon Haiyan lashed out the country.
Families accommodated in our school |
These food supplies were then used to feed hundreds of evacuees in the classrooms of the school. The Sisters and volunteers took turns cooking noodles, rice, and canned goods. They also provided for their basic necessities,
listened to their stories and consoled them. There are heavy damages in
the houses of oratorians and students. Electricity and communications
were cut off in almost the entire province and were partially restored
after several days. A lot still needs to be done
NEGROS OCCIDENTAL:
At
St. Mary Mazzarello School, trees were uprooted, electric posts fell
down, and the roofs of the library building stripped off and flew away.
Electricity was restored in the school after two days but a large part
of the neighboring towns will take a lot more time to restore
electricity. Classes are still suspended. Several students lost their houses while others suffered heavy damages.
ORIENTAL MINDORO:
At
Mary Help of Christians School, roofs of the boys' dormitory were
stripped off and flew away, trees were uprooted, and drainage was
blocked causing high floods.
PALAWAN:
The
typhoon made its sixth and last landfall in the northern part of this
island while the FMA community is in the central part. We did not
receive yet any news from this community. In Coron, the exact place of
the typhoon's landfall, our Sisters reported that families sustained
heavy damages to properties but they are unharmed.
As
of this moment, from the news that we received, the families and
relatives of the Sisters are safe but in the hardest hit city of Tacloban, 90% of the buildings were flattened. We don't have news yet from our Sisters' relatives from there.

Believe in yourself
If you believe yourself to be an exceptional person, with talents and
abilities, one who is friendly and kind, healthy and energetic and
destined to have a terrific life, this belief will lead you to set
goals, work hard, develop yourself, treat others well, bounce back from
adversity, and ultimately succeed in any endeavor you choose.

The fork in the road
Every day we're faced with forks in the road. Specifically, we have
to make decisions about whether to stick with the familiar safe route,
or venture off into uncharted new territories. Most of the time, we
choose the safe familiar route.
And for many people, this means they work hard and play by "the
rules" (whatever they define those rules to be). Unfortunately,
following this process means that many people don't accomplish
everything they'd like to.
(or even a small fraction of it)
(or even a small fraction of it)
It's like every time they take a step forward in one area of their lives, another area seems to get neglected...
And if that sounds like you, just know that it's totally okay. You're not alone and you're not doing anything wrong. In fact, it's normal if you resonate with the scenario above. I know I have.
It seemed like whenever I'd get ahead in one area of my life, another one would fall to the wayside. The thing is, it doesn't have to be that way.
I know because the more I step into my personal best, I realize that more of my life aligns together more effectively and easily. It's something I'm still working on, and it's improving. Still, I'm liking what I'm seeing.

Change your thoughts, change your mind
Welcome to today's coaching session from MyInspiration4Life.
We have all heard the phrase, you become what you think about. So as long as you are going to think anyway, why not think positive thoughts and get positive results?
Everything you say, do or become had its beginning in your mind. With that being said, is it any wonder that our first coaching session together titled, "Change Your Life by Changing Your Thoughts" is the foundation of all others? Of course not!
We are so glad you're here...so, sit back, turn up your speakers and enjoy your coaching session.

Oil for your lamp
Mother
Teresa said, "To keep a lamp burning, we have to keep putting oil in
it." Most women are so busy filling the lamps of the people they love
that they let their own lamps run low. Here is a little movie to remind
all women to fill their lamp...
Love is a gift
Welcome to today's coaching session from MyInspiration4Life.
Today's session is all about Love! And in an attempt to make love a little more macho I'd like to share a quote about Love from a pretty macho guy.
"I learned the real meaning of love. Love is absolute loyalty. People fade, looks fade, but loyalty never fades. You can depend so much on certain people, you can set your watch by them. And that's love, even if it doesn't seem very exciting".
~ Sylvester Stallone

Optimism
Each morning you wake up, remind yourself that you have a choice. You
can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood.
And since it is your choice, why not choose to be in a good mood? You'll
feel better and so will those around you.

Courage does not always roar
When we think about courage, it's usually stories of heroism that come
to mind. But for millions of women around the world, courage comes in a
very different way. It's a quiet voice that gives them the strength to
go for another day.
Take 3 minutes and be inspired by this new movie celebrating the courage and strength of women just like you.

Jim Carrey went from broke, unknown ...
The first time I ever heard of Jim Carrey, he was on the sketch comedy
show "In Living Color." Shortly thereafter, was his movie Ace Ventura
and then his career-launching film, "Dumb and Dumber."
To be honest, since all I saw was the "dumb" stuff he was doing, I thought that was all that Jim was made of.
Sure, he later went on to do a few more serious films like "The Truman Show" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind."
Still, I saw those as being the exceptions to the rule and not really representative of the person I assumed / imagined Jim to be.
How wrong I was...
Did you know that he practiced manifestation back in the mid-1980's before it became known worldwide as the "Law of Attraction?"
Check out this video where he talks publicly about his transition from rags to riches (inner and outer) using visualization and manifestation...
On shows like Oprah, David Letterman, and more...

Just saying the word 'God'
Just saying the word "God" sends some people into a rage and others into
profound peace. It causes wars and creates divine unions. People blame
God for the bad in their lives while praising God for the gifts.
I find it amazing how one word can have such different meanings to so many people. There are as many meanings for the word "God" as there are people on the planet.
To some, God is personified - an all-knowing sentient being who consciously and intentionally creates situations.
(whether it's pleasure or suffering, peace or war, cancer or miracle healings).
Because each and every one of them, every thought, every emotion, every story you've ever told yourself means something different to you than it does to anybody else.
And if we can get so riled up about a three-letter word such as "God," consider how much more we get riled up each and every day with entire sentences...
P.S. Only by acknowledging how you fundamentally view the world differently from others can you develop the awareness to have compassion for those who are different from you.
P.P.S. And by "those who are different from you," I mean everybody you ever come into contact with. :)

has no conscious awareness, yet all consciousness arises from.
And others don't even acknowledge the concept of "God" in any form.
Regardless of what you may believe about God...
Regardless of what you may have discovered to be personally true about God...
I think it's important to really acknowledge that God means different things to different people.
The thing is, none of this is really about God.
In this write up God is a metaphor for you and every experience you've ever had, are having, and will have. The thing is, none of this is really about God.

Dream
I
don’t know what that dream is you have. I don’t care how disappointing
it might have been as you’ve been working toward that dream. But that
dream that you’re holding in your mind… it’s possible.
Some of you already know that it’s hard… it’s not easy. But in the process of working on your dreams you will grow stronger.

One Choice
One...
One tree can start a forest,
One smile can begin a friendship,
One hand can lift a soul,
One word can frame the goal,
One candle can wipe out darkness,
One laugh can conquer gloom,
One hope can raise our spirits,
And...one choice can change your life.
Think about that. One choice, just one, can change your life forever. Simply put, your life today is what your choices have made it, but with new choices, you can change directions this very moment.

Best video I've seen all year
And that's saying a lot because...
Right around this time of year, I always share it again. And every time that happens, everybody loves it!
Even people like me who have seen it several times and still enjoy it.
In fact, it is the most-forwarded video I've ever shared with you. :)
I remember the first time I watched Change for a Dollar...
I was only a minute into the movie and I couldn't stop watching.
I kept waiting to see what would happen next. And then next. And then after that. Then it was over.
And now I pass it on to you... :)

Strength in Adversity
Last week's video we talked about Changing Your Thoughts...Can Change
Your Life. Today we want to discuss finding your strength when life is
not going according to plan.
Whenever we're faced with bad news, a difficult person, or a
disappointment of some kind, most of us get into certain habits, ways of
reacting to life - particularly adversity - that do not serve us very
well.
However, what we hope you gain from today's video is best described by
this saying, "When there is no struggle, there is no strength."
So sit back, turn up your speakers...enjoy the video and share it with others!

Weekly Devotionals
Weekly Verse |
"Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD." -Psalm 31:24 |
Weekly Quote |
"We can walk without fear, full of hope and courage and strength to do His will, waiting for the endless good which He is always giving as fast as He can get us able to take it in." -George MacDonald |
Weekly Thought |
What
keeps us from attempting—let alone accomplishing—great things? None
other than fear! No wonder the phrase "fear not" is found more than 100
times throughout the Bible. The opposite of fear is courage. But how do
you get courage if you're afraid? Unlike the Cowardly Lion, it's not
like we can follow the Yellow Brick Road with Dorothy and Toto to see if
a wizard will bestow courage on us. The psalmist tells us that there is something we can do to build our courage: hope in the Lord (Psalm 31:24). There's no other starting point. It's the only thing that enabled David to face Goliath (1 Samuel 17:1-51); Gideon to lead a small rag-tag army against the might Midianites (Judges 6:1-7:25); Joshua to cross the Jordan River and later conquer Jericho (Joshua 3:1-17); Peter to walk on water (Matthew 14:22-29). And it's the only thing that enables you and me to face any giants and challenges that come our way. Is your hope in God? Oh Lord, I do put my hope in you this day. Give me the courage and strengthen my heart so I can do something great for You. Amen. |

"How you spend your money is how you vote on what exists in the world." – Vicki Robin
P.S. In regards to the above quote from Vicki Robin...
Everything we spend money on is a silent agreement that we support it's existence AND how it came to be. For example, when we purchase blue items we are quietly 'voting' for blue to exist in the world.
Or when we purchase non-organic food, we are quietly 'voting' to have pesticides and GMOs in our food.
When we purchase books from a certain author, we are quietly 'voting' to support that author and all the messages that author seeks to bring to the world.
Then there's things like charitable organizations. When we support Pachamama Alliance, we're voting to protect the rainforests of the Amazon.
Those are a few examples.
It goes on... basically everything we purchase is our way of saying "I want more of this in the world."
That's why I'm voting to bring conscious movies to the mainstream media. :)
P.S. I also recognize that it's not always just "black and white..."
Sometimes our choices are limited. Perhaps we can't afford to eat organic food, so we must eat conventional. Or maybe we live in an area where organic food isn't even available, so we eat conventional food full of pesticides. Maybe we can't afford to donate money to support Milton's Secret, so we share it on Facebook.
Still, the fundamentals are basically there. Usually we can do -something- to vote with our money or at least our actions that can effect the energy of money. Whether it's just one very small change... perhaps even a $1 donation to a favorite charity or conscious movie production, or to commit to just purchasing a few organic fruits, and so on.
Whatever our hearts are passionate about, we can choose more consciously to support them.

Make the unseen seen
A while back I was watching a wonderful movie, Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
There was a scene where several invisible characters are telling a girl to speak a "spell that makes the unseen... seen."
And it got me to thinking...
What exactly does that mean? In the context of the movie, the answer is simple: It's a spell that makes invisible people become visible.
What I find interesting is how it relates to our daily lives. For example...
How often do our thoughts go unexamined?
Reactions and historical conditioning drive the majority of our lives. That quick snap judgment without knowing the full situation, a moment of anger when we lack the full picture, eating the same meal day after day and driving the same path to work, and replaying the same relationship dynamics with each new partner...
All expecting different results but not really seeing any lasting, meaningful changes.
Those are all examples of unexamined thoughts directing our actions. In a way, you could think of those thoughts as "unseen." The benefits are that we don't have to think as much.
To the Inner Critic and our egos, life seems "easier" this way. That isn't necessarily true. It's just more "comfortable" to the unseen aspects of our subconscious minds.
As the scene progresses in the movie, the girl chants the spell that "Makes the Unseen Seen."
Immediately, all the seemingly savage invisible beasts reveal themselves as small, insecure, and fearful one-legged creatures. The warriors that those previously invisible creatures were attacking suddenly start making fun of the creatures... realizing how ridiculous it is that these warriors were afraid of creatures with so little power in the world.
That's exactly what happens when we take time to live consciously and examine our thoughts.
It's what happens when we stop taking the "shoulda, woulda, coulda" and the doubts, criticisms, and insecurities so seriously. We realize how ridiculous it is that we were scared of the "unseen" thoughts that used to dictate our actions, and consequently, our lives.
Since life isn't a movie, fortunately it doesn't require a spell to start working in our lives. :)
All it takes is a genuine desire to see, a map and a guide to support you in walking the paths on that map, and just a little bit (not a lot) of action.

Chain of Kindness
Sometimes a good deed might seem to go unnoticed, but rarely do our good
deeds come back to us from the person we give them to. It’s always
from our heart that they return. This fun video represents what happens
when we do something kind, but it also demonstrates what happens when we
plant a seed – no matter how small – good or bad; it blossoms. Make
random acts of kindness a natural instinct in your life and you’ll find
yourself on the receiving end when you least expect it!
